Rated 5 out of 5 by from works like a charm I received this product for my honest review. I have always brought my dogs flea treatments from my vet and they didn't work well last year when I got the chance to try this I jumped at the chance to try something new and I have to say I love it since using it I haven't found a flea on my dog and I had found a couple before use. My baby is no longer scratching all the time. So I have found a new flea med for her and the best part is it is cheaper than what I used before and I don't have to get it from the vet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Totally Impressed. Will buy again FOR SURE! I have been a show dog handler and breeder of AKC Champion dogs for over 10 years. I have tried probably just about every topical flea prevention on the market and also several of the prescription oral medication. We live right in the middle of Alabama and fleas here are a real problem. I use to use Frontline Plus, but that seemed to stop working several years ago. That's when my search for an effective prevention started. After trying just about every topical, it seemed that Vectra3D was the only one that worked for us. But it was expensive and only 1 vet in the area carried it. Then that vet stopped carrying it. About 2 years ago the fleas got so bad, I tried Comfortis and found that to be the best, but again, very expensive and only available at one vet. That's what we used until we ran out a couple months ago. A week ago the dogs started scratching and we saw a flea. I'm not working right now because I'm about to have a baby, so we are on a tight budget. We went to Target for other stuff, but I figured I'd look and see what topicals were available. After much thought, I decided to give the Advecta ii a try. I figured if it didn't work, at least I was only out $25. The next day I bathed the dogs in regular shampoo. Once completely dry, I treated all 7 dogs. I noticed it really didn't have much of an odor and went on well. Since I'm pregnant, I wore latex gloves so I didn't feel it. I was a little worried at first that it would be greasy and oily on their coats, but it wasn't at all. All their bedding was washed and floors vacuumed. A few hours later I was watching TV and noticed that all the dogs were sleeping soundly. Nobody was scratching or chewing! It's been 2 days now and the dogs are comfortable, flea free, no adverse reactions and I am relieved! I will definitely be purchasing this product again. Thank you for making an EFFECTIVE & AFFORDABLE flea prevention product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works almost immediately!! I just got home with several boxes of this product. We have 4 dogs. It was SO easy to apply and literally within an hour of applying it, the dogs stopped scratching and actually relaxed for the first time in months. We tried Comfortis pills which was expensive and the dogs HATED them. So Advecta is a God send. Thank you!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The only thing that works! We have bionic fleas where we live. Literally no product has worked so far and we've tried everything! Really expensive stuff too! I picked this up at Target and within a couple days our dogs stopped frantically scratching. After a couple of weeks I bathed our dogs and was shocked that they had NO fleas on them! That never has happened. I'm so amazed!
